The Finance manager position is a supporting role for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (/Chief Operating Officer) to build, drive and act proactively to the financial function of the company.
What you will do
Work proactively with financial and analytical support regards to our internal operations.
Gather, coordinate, and provide timely information for ongoing business planning.
Management and board reporting, including OKRs dashboard.
Support business planning an analysis, incl. maintaining the financial model and creating financial forecasts and scenarios.
Manage dialogue with external accountant, auditors, and financing providers.
Responsible for the Company’s financial statements and reporting, compliance to local rules and regulations.
Support management team as needed (e.g. international investments, transfer pricing, legal documentation, registration, and management of legal entities, etc.).
Actively support the strategy and value creation plan of the company and implement
Who you are
Higher education in business and financial management.
4+ years of experience in professional environment; preferably from a similar role
Strong technical knowledge: accounting systems, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Self-driven, curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-growth company where things are constantly changing.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent or native English proficiency.
