  • Creative problem-solving: Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, accessibility, etc.)
  • Usability testing: Collaborate with a UX Researcher to conduct design adjustments based on insights, assessing solutions and flows using a mix of techniques such as A/B testing.
  • Cross-department collaboration: Collaborate with the rest of the Product team, developers, stakeholders, and users.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
  • Conceptualisation: Prepare and present design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Competitors and trends: Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
  • User knowledge: Develop a deep empathic understanding of users, learn about their needs, and identify gaps.
  • Evangelism: Communicate and advocate for actionable insights in a clear and compelling way.

  • Proficient in Figma.
  • Self-motivated and self-managing.
