We are looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to use their skills and experience to own, manage and grow selected
customers within Shoreline´s portfolio.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of strategic customers.
You will be responsible for developing a successful and positive customer experience!
The journey starts with a successful onboarding - and continues all the way through to adoption, renewals and upsells.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for building a long-lasting relationship through strong knowledge of the customer’s business needs.
