Job description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to use their skills and experience to own, manage and grow selected 

customers within Shoreline´s portfolio.

 

As a Key Account Manager, you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of strategic customers.

You will be responsible for developing a successful and positive customer experience! 

The journey starts with a successful onboarding - and continues all the way through to adoption, renewals and upsells.

 

Furthermore, you will be responsible for building a long-lasting relationship through strong knowledge of the customer’s business needs. 

What you will do
  • Own, manage, develop and grow the customer at all times.
  • Meet agreed budgets and maximize growth.
  • Identify and close upsell - and cross sell opportunities
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty for long-term growth.
  • Identify overall health of customer and risk management.
  • Full commercial and technical responsibility.
  • Own the customer account plan.
  • Keep customer updated with Shoreline’s solution.
  • Identify any competing Shoreline solutions the customer is using, and what is required to replace these.
  • At all times know the status of the projects the customer is involved with, and when they need more Shoreline solutions.
  • Know of the status of ongoing and coming tenders.
  • Build a strong network within the customers organisation.
  • Take lead and participate in the customers visits to Shoreline´s offices.
  • Travel to customer locations and promote Shoreline´s solutions.
  • Participate in exhibitions and network with customers.

Additional information
  • Experience as Key Account Manager, + 5 years
  • Worked within the Renewable Energy sector, preferable the wind industry
  • Strong fluent spoken and written English
  • Good know-how for combining relationship building and sales
