Join our Customer Success team in the role of Customer Support – Student Worker. In this role, you will help our customers outside office hours, weekends, and public holidays. The role has an Out-Of-Office hours
on duty, spanning from 16:00 in the afternoon to 08:00 in the morning during weekdays, 24 hours during weekends and public holidays.
What you will do

  • Respond to incoming support tickets within a timeframe
  • Deliver first-line support to customers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to define root cause, escalate to 2nd line, if need be, and resolve
  • Generate bug/problem tickets to engineers
  • Follow-up customers to make sure their issue has been resolved.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure issues are resolved
Who you are
​  
  • Completed your bachelor’s degree and started your masters within assets management, energy or similar
  • Experience of technical support and/or customer service role desired, but not mandatory
  • Excellent customer service skills - have the ability to be empathetic, compassionate, responsive and resourceful
  • Strong problem-solving skills - you are able to evaluate, troubleshoot and follow-up on customer issues
  • Team player - know when to escalate and work with other departments to solve a customer issue
  • You are passionate about customer success and satisfaction. Always looking to delight our customers and ensure they get the most successful outcome.
  • You are fluent in English, both verbally and writing. It is a plus to have other language skills.
  • Strong general computer skills are a must, and preferably SaaS (Software-as-a-service) understanding is a plus
